Asking for Opinions

This business English video shows how to set up discussion and to ask for opinions in meetings in English. Useful phrases for asking for opinions, clarifying and summarising opinions as well as thanking and moving on to the next person or agenda item. Ways of setting up the discussion are given. Examples are modelled and grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation notes are given.

Making Suggestions

How to make suggestions in business English meetings and workplace discussions. This video looks at 'how about', 'shall', 'let's' and 'why don't we/I/you'.
